I’m Sylwia, and I created My Hidden Realm as a place where I can be fully myself—where my inner world meets the outer one. Through my designs, I connect different dimensions: fantasy and real life, stories and nature, emotions and everyday rituals. My inspiration comes from people and connections, books, comics, art, music, and small, fleeting, beautiful moments. This shop is my safe space, and I hope it becomes yours too—a cosy corner to slow down, feel seen, and find a mug that feels like home.

 How It All Started – The Summer of Butterflies

There was a time in my life when I felt a strong need for change. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do yet, but I knew I wanted a fresh start and something that would be completely mine.

That summer, I kept seeing butterflies everywhere. Real butterflies flying around me, pictures of them on buses, in books, even as tattoos. They appeared so often that I couldn’t ignore it. I remembered that butterflies are a symbol of transformation, and that idea stayed with me. I was craving that same transformation in my own life.

That’s how my first mug designs were born. I started with butterflies, because they represented the change, growth, and new chapter I wanted to create for myself. Designing those mugs felt like turning my feelings into something real and beautiful.

Opening this store became my way of starting anew. I wanted a space that would be entirely mine, shaped by my ideas, my pace, and my heart. A safe space for me that could also become a small safe space for others, through simple, everyday objects like mugs that bring comfort, joy, or motivation to someone’s day.

This is how it all started: with a desire for change, a summer full of butterflies, and the courage to turn a quiet dream into something you can now hold in your hands.

Why I Named My Store “My Hidden Realm”

When it came time to choose a name for my brand, I knew it had to reflect more than just products. It needed to express where these creations truly come from. That’s how My Hidden Realm was born.

For a long time, my ideas, dreams, and feelings lived quietly inside me—like a hidden world only I could see. The Hidden Realm is that inner world. It’s the place where everything is created from the heart, and where my imagination, emotions, and inspirations finally take shape.

Through this store, my inner world starts to exist in 3D reality. Every mug, every design is a small piece of that hidden realm made visible. I’m often inspired by manga and anime, so many of my creations are cute, soft, and a little whimsical—like objects from a cozy, magical universe.

By naming my store The Hidden Realm, I wanted to invite you into that world too. When you drink from one of my mugs, I hope it feels like a tiny portal to your own inner realm—a reminder that your feelings, dreams, and quiet thoughts deserve space and expression.

This brand is not just about what you see on the outside. It’s about what is hidden inside, finally finding its way into the world.
